How to Create a Performance Review

To Create a Performance Review

  1. Navigate to the Performance Reviews page (Track / Performance Reviews)
  2. Click on "Add".
  3. Choose the Reporting Period for your performance review then click "Save".
  4. Step 1: Any Action Plans that you have created should appear here. 
  5. Step 2: Your Impact Reports will appear here.
  6. Step 3: Your Professional Development Plan for next reporting period should appear here.
  7. Steps 4-9: Follow instructions given on how to fill out these sections.
  8. Step 10: If you have any other accomplishments that didn’t fit into the categories above, they can be stated here.
  9. Step 11: If you need to add an external reviewer click on "Add Reviewer" and fill out the form given. To remove an external reviewer, click the remove button at the bottom of the form. The reviewer will be deleted when you save the review.
  10. Step 12: Once all areas of the review have been completed you may click "Save", which will allow you to edit later. To submit the Review, select "Yes" from the drop-down menu and then click "Save".  You will not be able to submit until all ten areas are completed. You can not edit the Performance Review once it has been submitted.
