How do I add more response data to a program activity that I’ve already saved?

To edit a program activity within the current reporting period:

  1. Select "Program Activities" from the "Track" drop-down menu at the top of the page (Track / Program Activities.
  2. Click on the program activity name you would like to edit.
  3. Scroll down to the Instruments section toward the bottom of the page.
  4. Under the Actions column, select the "Enter Response Data" button on the left.
  5. Once you have entered in the response, click Add Button at the bottom of the page. This has saved your response.

If the program activity’s end date has fallen in a previous reporting period, you will be able to edit data, but not delete it.
