How do I change a user's Active/Inactive status?

You can only edit user information if you have Administrative permissions. 

To mark a user as Active or Inactive:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Users page. (Your Name / Manager Users)
  2. Search for the desired agent by name or username using the Search Bar in the upper right corner. You can also find the agent by narrowing down the user list using the  button in the upper right corner, adjusting the Filter settings, and clicking .
  3. Once you have found the agent, click on the agent's username to the left. 
  4. To mark the user as Active, check the "Active" box at the bottom of the form.  To mark the user as Inactive, uncheck the "Active" box.
  5. Click .

Note: If you need to make a change to your account information but do not have permissions to do so, please contact your state administrators.
