To Grant Another User Permission to Edit Your Program Activity Data
- Navigate to the Manage Account page. (Your Name / Manage Account).
- Click on the Permissions tab in the upper left.
- In the box below, start typing the user's name to search and select the user you want to add.

The "Your Permissions" box allows you to see which users you have given permission to edit your data and which users have given you permission to edit their data. You can also see which units and program areas that you have viewable permissions to.
