How the Search Feature Functions

When typing text into the search box, the following is the criteria that the search engine will look through to find that specific caption.

  1. Action Plans: Title, Situation Statement, Short Term Outcome, Short Term Outcome Questions, Medium Term Outcome, Medium Term Outcome Questions, Long Term Outcome, Long Term Outcome Questions, Public Value and Intended Outputs.

  2. Action Plan Outcomes: Short Term Evidence, Medium Term Evidence and Long Term Evidence.

  3. Program Activities: Program Activity Name, Delivery Site and Keywords.

  4. Success Stories: Body, Favorite Quote, Background and Keywords.


For example, if I know I want to find the Program Activity "Eating Healthy," I can specifically type the name of that activity because the search function for Program Activities searches for the following criteria: Program Activity Name, Delivery Site and Keywords.
